Q: What is your shipping policy and how long will my order take to process?

A: To create a better shipping experience for the   and the receiver, all âme  ​orders are delivered by Priority Mail for both Domestic (within the Continental USA) or by First Class Mail. This choice of (domestic) USPS Priority Mail shipping will range from 5-7 business days for delivery time, while First Class Mail will range from 7-10 business days.

Q: What is the delivery and processing time for pickup/drop off orders?

A: 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: All sales are final. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to ameskincareinfo@gmail.com. Although we do not accept returns at this time, we will take your feedback into consideration to better our products in the future.

Q: Why did my product separate?

A: All products are created using natural ingredients and this is completely normal. However, keep your product in a cool, dry environment, preferably not the shower for the best use.

Q: Why is the color of my product different from the pictures?

A: Please note: Color may vary due to the use of all-natural ingredients. Also, the display of the computer may slightly change the appearance of its color.
